Moultonborough Remodel

This extensive interior renovation transformed the home's layout, functionality, and overall livability. The project included the removal of load-bearing walls and the installation of a flush-mounted structural steel beam to create a more open and connected living space.

The renovation featured a complete kitchen remodel, the addition of a new full bathroom, renovations to an existing three-quarter bath, and a remodel of a half bath with integrated laundry. Additional improvements included re-framing the staircase to meet current code requirements and replacing the home's furnace system.

Broadview Construction coordinated all phases of the project, working alongside Chadwick Mechanical for plumbing and HVAC services and Turner Electrical for all electrical work. Cabinetry, doors, and much of the finish carpentry materials were supplied by Middleton Building Supply. The result is a modernized home that combines improved functionality, updated systems, and quality craftsmanship throughout.

Lakes Region Exterior & Skylight Transformation

This extensive exterior renovation and modernization project brought together a team of skilled trades and specialty contractors to enhance the home's functionality, efficiency, and outdoor living experience.

One of the most striking features of the project was the installation of two custom Kalwall skylight systems in partnership with Granite State Glass. These impressive skylights dramatically transformed the interior by flooding the space with natural daylight while creating a unique evening atmosphere through advanced, music-synchronized lighting designed and installed by Turner Electrical Services.

The exterior renovation included the complete reconstruction of the home's deck system after existing framing was determined to be structurally insufficient. Broadview Construction installed all new framing and bracing, along with a Trex RainEscape waterproofing system, Trex decking and skirting, VertiCable railings, Trex drink rails, and vented vinyl soffits. Turner Electrical enhanced the outdoor living space with color-changing LED lighting, recessed lighting, infrared heaters, and a remotely operated television mount.

Working alongside Total Grounds, the project also included extensive site and landscape improvements. New drainage systems, hardscape features, retaining walls, granite steps, patio areas, a relocated hot tub, irrigation, landscape lighting, and a smokeless fire pit created a seamless outdoor environment designed for both relaxation and entertaining.

Additional improvements included electrical service upgrades featuring a new Kohler generator, battery backup systems, and future solar integration capabilities. Exterior restoration work addressed deteriorated siding and trim, while Undustrial Timber Frames restored the home's Douglas fir beams and pine decking. King Painting completed a full exterior repaint, and Lakes Region Seamless Gutters installed new gutter systems with leaf protection.

Chadwick Mechanical rehabilitated the existing HVAC systems and added heat to the garage. During construction, previously concealed structural damage was discovered near the home's side entry and master shower area, requiring significant structural repairs that were completed as part of the renovation.

The result is a fully modernized property that combines innovative technology, enhanced energy resilience, exceptional outdoor living spaces, and craftsmanship throughout.

Laconia Remodel

Completed in partnership with Decorative Interiors, this project featured a full designer kitchen remodel. The renovation included custom cabinetry, a large center island, updated lighting, built-in storage, and high-end finishes that transformed the space into a functional and inviting centerpiece of the home.

Broadview Construction worked alongside Chadwick Mechanical for plumbing and Turner Electrical for electrical installation and lighting upgrades. The result is a beautifully updated kitchen that blends timeless design with everyday functionality.

Gilford Remodel

When these homeowners purchased the property, they saw potential in a home that had been heavily neglected for years. To make the transition easier, Broadview Construction first renovated the entire second floor, allowing the family to move in comfortably while work continued throughout the rest of the home.

This comprehensive whole-home remodel transformed nearly every space in the house, including the kitchen, bathrooms, interior finishes, exterior improvements, and a new deck.

Custom details throughout the home helped bring new life to the property while maintaining a timeless, functional design.

To help manage costs without sacrificing quality, pre-manufactured CNC-cut MDF wainscoting was installed throughout the main entry and dining room, creating a custom look with greater efficiency. The beautiful custom kitchen cabinetry was supplied and installed by Pinnacle Kitchens.

Newfound Lake Addition

This Newfound Lake addition and remodel transformed a smaller living area into a bright, open great room designed for gathering.

Our team expanded the space, added new windows to bring in natural light, and incorporated warm wood finishes and a custom stone fireplace to anchor the room, creating a comfortable, functional space for everyday living and lakefront entertaining.

New London Kitchen & Bath Remodel

This renovation transformed both the kitchen and half bath with laundry area, creating updated, functional spaces designed to better meet the homeowners' needs. The project involved a complete redesign of both rooms, including the removal of existing cabinetry and selective drywall demolition to accommodate updated plumbing and electrical layouts.

To support the new designs, additional wall blocking was installed for cabinetry, followed by new drywall installation and painting throughout both spaces. In the kitchen, matching oak flooring was carefully sourced and integrated into the existing floor system to seamlessly accommodate the new layout. Custom KraftMaid cabinetry supplied by Middleton Building Supply was installed and paired with Emmerstone countertops fabricated and installed by Rumford Stone.

The half bath and laundry area received a complete refresh, including new tile flooring and updated finishes. Tile and accessories supplied by Genrose Stone + Tile complemented the new KraftMaid cabinetry and Emmerstone countertops, creating a cohesive and modern design.

Broadview Construction coordinated all phases of the project while working alongside Chadwick Mechanical for plumbing services, kitchen venting, and HVAC modifications, including the replacement of the bathroom heat register. Turner Electrical completed the electrical upgrades, including relocating switches and outlets, installing a new bath fan and vanity lighting, and adding recessed and under-cabinet lighting throughout the kitchen.

The result is a beautifully updated kitchen and bath that blend timeless materials, improved functionality, and quality craftsmanship throughout.

Gilford Remodel

This project involved a complete renovation of the main floor of a condominium, transforming the space with updated finishes, improved functionality, and custom features throughout.

The renovation included a redesigned kitchen with cabinetry supplied by Middleton Building Supply, a custom shower installation, updated laundry area, and a variety of interior upgrades that enhanced both the appearance and usability of the home. Special attention was given to creating a cohesive design, including the beige and bronze shower finish that serves as a standout feature of the renovation.

The result is a refreshed and modern living space that maximizes comfort, storage, and everyday functionality while maintaining a clean, timeless aesthetic.

Northwood Roof Renovation

This specialized roof renovation addressed longstanding moisture and condensation issues that had affected the home since its original construction.

Over the years, condensation had been accumulating within the roof assembly, leading to water intrusion, staining, and mildew on interior ceilings and walls. Previous repair attempts by other contractors had failed to resolve the problem and, in some cases, worsened the underlying conditions.

Broadview Construction partnered with building science expert Peter Yost of Building-Wright to thoroughly evaluate the home's performance and develop a comprehensive remediation strategy. Through a collaborative design process, the team refined and strengthened the repair plan to ensure a long-term solution.

The project involved a complete roof-off renovation, including the removal of the existing roofing materials, roof decking, and insulation. Working alongside Northeast Air Sealing, a high-performance insulation system was installed featuring a combined R-50 assembly of rigid insulation and closed-cell spray foam. Paragon Exteriors completed the installation of a full GAF Timberline roofing system.

The new roof assembly utilizes a top-vented spray foam design that effectively eliminates the condensation issues that had plagued the home for years. Beyond solving the moisture problems, the upgraded building envelope significantly improved the home's energy performance. As a result, the existing geothermal heating system is now able to comfortably maintain indoor temperatures even during the coldest winter conditions.

The finished project provides the homeowners with a durable, energy-efficient roofing system designed for long-term performance, comfort, and peace of mind.

Moultonborough Remodel

This extensive main-floor renovation focused on modernizing the home's kitchen and laundry areas while improving the overall functionality and appearance of the living space. The project included a complete transformation of the kitchen, featuring custom KraftMaid cabinetry supplied by Middleton Building Supply and premium Dekton countertops fabricated and installed by Surface Creations.

In addition to the new finishes and fixtures, the renovation addressed several construction-related issues that had existed since the home's original build. Extensive drywall repairs were completed throughout the main level to correct cracking and restore smooth, seamless wall and ceiling surfaces.

Broadview Construction coordinated all phases of the project, carefully integrating updated systems and finishes while maintaining the character of the home. Turner Electrical completed the electrical upgrades, including recessed lighting, LED under-cabinet lighting, new switches, and outlets that enhance both the functionality and ambiance of the space. Chadwick Mechanical provided plumbing and heating services to support the redesigned layout and updated fixtures.

The result is a beautifully refreshed main floor that combines quality craftsmanship, improved functionality, and timeless finishes designed to serve the homeowners for years to come.

Meredith Remodel

This extensive renovation project included upgrades throughout the home, improving functionality, comfort, and long-term performance. The work included a carport renovation that added insulated and heated storage space, as well as repairs and insulation replacement beneath the primary suite floor.

Inside the home, Broadview Construction completed renovations to the kitchen, living room, primary bathroom, and main floor bathroom. Additional improvements included new interior doors, custom kitchen cabinetry supplied by Kitchen Encounters and installed by our team, hardwood flooring installation, and a tile backsplash. Heated tile flooring and the primary shower installation were completed by Huib and the team at Art of Tile.

The project also included a full roof replacement to address a longstanding condensation issue that was causing interior drywall damage. After working with specialists to diagnose the problem and develop a solution, Broadview Construction completed the roof replacement and implemented improvements to successfully eliminate the moisture issue.

The result is a beautifully updated home with enhanced comfort, improved storage, modern finishes, and a durable solution to a complex roofing challenge.

Sanbornton Remodel

This interior renovation transformed the home's main living level by reimagining existing spaces to better suit the homeowners' lifestyle. The centerpiece of the project was the conversion of two guest bedrooms into a spacious primary suite complete with a private ensuite bathroom and integrated laundry area. Designed by Decorative Interiors, the new suite combines comfort, functionality, and thoughtful design details throughout.

The new bathroom features heated tile flooring with electric radiant heat, providing year-round comfort and an added touch of luxury. Throughout the renovation, careful attention was given to creating a cohesive and updated living environment while maximizing the home's existing footprint.

Additional improvements included updating the kitchen and sunroom by removing outdated popcorn ceilings and applying a refined skip-trowel finish for a cleaner, more modern appearance. The entire first floor received a fresh coat of paint by Imperial Painting, brightening the space and tying together the home's updated finishes.

The staircase was also completely transformed, with existing carpeting removed and replaced with oak treads and landings. Painted risers and skirt boards provided a timeless look that complements the home's overall design.

Broadview Construction coordinated all phases of the project while working alongside Chadwick Mechanical for plumbing and heating services and Turner Electrical for lighting, switches, and outlet upgrades. The result is a beautifully refreshed home that combines modern conveniences, quality craftsmanship, and thoughtful design tailored to the homeowners' needs.
