Weirs Community Park New Construction
From wooded land to a finished community space, Broadview Construction Corp. played a key role in bringing Weirs Community Park to life.

New London School Addition and Remodel
This multi-phase renovation and addition project transformed an underutilized portion of a former school building into functional and modern administrative space for the New London School District.
Phase One focused on renovating an abandoned section of the existing building. The work included extensive demolition and the construction of new unisex restrooms, an ADA-compliant bathroom, kitchen, office space, and storage areas. During demolition, our team implemented a creative and sustainable approach by screening and separating existing interior gravel, allowing the sand to be reused as backfill material and significantly reducing the amount of material that needed to be removed from the site.
Phase Two included the construction of a new entrance, exterior improvements featuring new siding, windows, and doors, and the conversion of the former cafeteria into a large conference and meeting space.
This project required careful coordination to modernize an aging structure while maximizing the use of existing materials and creating functional spaces that continue to serve the district's needs today.
Newmarket Office Remodel
This project involved the renovation and modernization of a housing authority facility, with a focus on improving accessibility, security, and overall functionality. Exterior improvements included the replacement of existing sidewalks and the installation of new automatic entry doors to provide easier access for visitors and staff.
Interior upgrades included the installation of bullet-resistant walls and transaction windows to enhance safety and security, along with updated finishes throughout the building to create a more modern and welcoming environment.
The completed renovation improved both the appearance and performance of the facility while supporting the needs of the staff and community it serves.
Lebanon Office Remodel
This project involved the complete architectural renovation of a 9,000-square-foot commercial office space for CDNA, now Siemens. The renovation was designed to modernize the facility, improve functionality, and create a more efficient work environment for employees and visitors.
The scope of work included the construction of a new conference room and kitchenette, upgrades to the electrical and data infrastructure, replacement of all flooring and suspended ceilings, and the installation of new doors and hardware throughout the space. The project also included a full interior repaint to provide a clean, updated appearance.
The completed renovation transformed the office into a modern, professional workspace equipped to support the company's operational and technological needs.
Dover Secure Entrance
This project focused on enhancing safety, accessibility, and building security at the Dover Alternative School. The renovation included the installation of a new interior entry system featuring a six-piece door frame with sidelights, creating a more secure and controlled access point within the facility.
Additional improvements included updated lighting, new doors and hardware, electronic access control systems, powered door operators to improve ADA accessibility, and ceiling modifications to accommodate the upgraded infrastructure.
The completed project provides a higher level of security while maintaining accessibility and functionality for students, staff, and visitors.
Laconia Municipal Bath Remodel
This project consisted of a complete interior renovation of the public restrooms at Weirs Beach bath house. The work began with full demolition of the existing facilities and included the replacement of all restroom fixtures, toilet partitions, doors, and hardware.
To improve durability and simplify maintenance, a new epoxy flooring system was installed throughout the facility. The finished renovation provides a clean, modern, and highly durable restroom environment designed to withstand heavy public use while enhancing the overall visitor experience at Weirs Beach.
Simonds School Entrance
This project involved the construction of a fully ADA-compliant entrance for a school that previously relied on a temporary plywood ramp to provide accessibility for students and visitors.
Broadview Construction managed all aspects of the project, including site work, concrete, structural steel, masonry, doors and hardware, as well as the associated interior renovations and finishes. The new entrance provides safe, reliable, and code-compliant access while improving the overall appearance and functionality of the facility.
The completed project delivered a permanent accessibility solution that better serves the needs of the school community and ensures equal access for all who enter the building.
Lincoln Structural Repairs
This complex structural project involved the replacement of nearly 100 feet of failing foundation that supported two levels of exterior decking as well as the roof structure above. The work required extensive excavation, temporary structural support, and careful coordination to maintain the integrity of the existing building throughout construction.
Broadview Construction removed the deteriorated foundation system and installed a new reinforced concrete foundation designed to provide long-term stability and support for the significant structural loads above. New steel components and structural connections were integrated as needed to ensure the decks and roof system remained properly supported.
The completed project restored the structural integrity of the property while providing a durable foundation system built to serve the building for decades to come.
Total Grounds Office Remodel
This commercial renovation transformed an existing open-concept workspace into a more functional and efficient office environment designed to support privacy, collaboration, and future growth. The project reconfigured the large open area into a dedicated conference room, two private offices, and a newly created hallway featuring two convenient drop-in workstations.
One of the unique challenges of the project involved the building's existing hydronic radiant heating system embedded within the concrete slab. Before construction began, Broadview Construction carefully mapped the heating lines using a FLIR infrared camera to ensure wall framing could be installed without damaging the radiant heat system below.
The renovation included the construction of new wood and metal stud walls, along with complete drywall installation, finishing, painting, doors, trim, and hardware, all completed in-house by the Broadview team. Special care was taken throughout the project to protect existing finishes and maintain effective dust control while work was underway.
Turner Electrical completed lighting and electrical upgrades throughout the newly configured space, while Northeast Flooring installed new flooring to complement the updated layout. Building materials were supplied by Middleton Building Supply, and Sherwin-Williams products were used throughout the finishing process.
The completed renovation provides Total Grounds with a professional and highly functional office environment that balances privacy and collaboration. With dedicated meeting space, private offices, and flexible workstations, the redesigned layout supports both daily operations and the company's continued growth.
Andrews Construction Remodel
This project involved the complete build-out of a new office space within an existing commercial facility for Andrew’s Construction. The work included constructing private offices, restrooms, a reception area, mechanical room, and support spaces while integrating the new office environment into the larger building.
The project required coordination of framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, drywall, doors and hardware, interior finishes, and final fixtures. Careful planning ensured the office space was functional, efficient, and built to meet the needs of a growing construction company.

Laconia Train Station Renovation
Broadview Construction was honored to complete this renovation project at the historic Laconia Train Station, one of downtown Laconia's most recognizable landmarks. The goal of the project was to enhance the visitor experience and improve functionality while preserving the character and architectural details that make the building so unique.
A centerpiece of the renovation was the construction of a custom-built sales kiosk designed to complement the station's original millwork and paneled walls. Careful attention was given to matching the historic aesthetic, allowing the new addition to blend seamlessly with the surrounding space while providing a modern and efficient customer service area.
The project also included the creation of a new hallway that provides access to custom restroom facilities, improving accessibility and convenience for visitors.
Additional updates included the construction of a staff kitchenette and dedicated storage areas, creating a more functional workspace to support daily operations.
